Ad spend funded by ZB
$1,500–$2,000per day · practice pays $0Case study · Plastic surgery
Fifteen confirmed consults a day. Eight to nine in the chair.
For Dr. Kassis, we funded $1,500 to $2,000 a day in ads, screened enquiries by phone, and booked the people who passed. His practice paid for attended consultations only.

Illustrative scenario
What the attended consults could be worth
This is practice-side contribution after estimated clinical costs and consult fees. It is not recorded campaign revenue or net profit.
Editable assumption. Include procedure delivery costs.
- Attended / day
- 8.5 midpoint
- Average case value
- $15,000 assumed
- Fee per attendee
- $1,250 midpoint
Show calculation and assumptions
Expected cases = 8.5 attended consultations × selected close rate. Modeled case revenue = expected cases × $15,000 assumed average case value. Clinical costs = modeled revenue × entered cost percentage. Attended-consult fees = 8.5 × $1,250 assumed fee midpoint. Contribution = revenue − clinical costs − consult fees. Fractional cases express an expected value across days, not a fractional surgery. This excludes fixed overhead, taxes and other unmodeled costs. ZB funds the ads, so media spend is not a practice expense in this model.
Dashboard interface reconstructed for illustration. Campaign spend, booked consultations and attendance are the published case figures; no live ad account or CRM screenshot is shown.
The starting point
The gap was between interest and arrival.
An ad report can show interest. A practice needs the right person in the chair. We built the handoff around that difference.
Paying for interest
Clicks and form fills could be billed before a single patient arrived.
Front desk doing sales
Clinic staff had to chase and qualify enquiries between patients.
A calendar full of maybes
Unconfirmed slots stayed blocked even when the prospect had gone quiet.
What made the difference
How 8 to 9 of 15 confirmed consults arrived.
That is a 53% to 60% attendance range. The work between booking and arrival matters as much as the ad.
01A person calls, not a form
Every enquiry gets a real phone conversation before reaching the calendar.
02Screened on three things
We check intent, budget and timing before offering a consultation slot.
03Confirmed until it is real
Reminders and a live re-confirmation keep the slot current. Quiet prospects are released.
04His team stays clinical
The front desk receives a confirmed name and the prospect’s file.
We take one practice per market.
